- The adjustment to the IBEX® GENDER EQUALITY Index will be made at the close of 17 June 2022.

- To be included on the IBEX® GENDER EQUALITY Index, between 25% and 75% of a company's board of directors must be women. Currently, 36% of Tubos Reunidos' board of directors are women, with that figure increasing to 42% when the secretary of the board is included.
Amurrio, Álava, 13 June 2022 — The Technical Advisory Committee decided, in accordance with the technical standards for the composition and calculation of IBEX® and equity strategy indices, to include Tubos Reunidos in the IBEX® GENDER EQUALITY Index from 20 June 2022.

To be included on the IBEX® GENDER EQUALITY Index, between 25% and 75% of a company's board of directors must be women. Tubos Reunidos is strongly committed to gender diversity; since last December, women have represented 36.36% of its board of directors, and a woman has held the position of Secretary of the Board since 2018.
