Tubos Reunidos has implemented a Whistleblowing System for receiving and managing queries and reports of violation of its Code of Ethical Conduct and/or the law, which forms an integral part of its Compliance System and includes the following elements:

a Corporate Policy on the Whistleblowing System and the Protection of the Whistleblower,
a Whistleblowing Channel for reporting violations of the Code of Ethical Conduct and/or the Law, through three channels:
1. A message to the following email address:

2. Whistleblowing Hotline: Grupo TR provides a telephone number through which any complaint or query can be communicated through a call, audio or a message:

3. Face-to-face meeting: it is also possible to report any violation verbally, by requesting a face-to-face meeting with the Head of the Whistleblowing System.
an Regulation on the Whistleblowing Channel, which establishes the procedure for managing the Whistleblowing Channel and guarantees the protection of the whistleblower's data and the no retaliation, and
a Head of the Whistleblowing System.

The Whistleblowing System has been set up for the communication or reporting of ethical breaches and/or breaches of the Law ,and one of its guiding principles of operation being the protection of the person who reports in good faith any serious or very serious administrative or criminal offenses.
