The Tubos Reunidos Board of Directors approved its Internal Code of Conduct at the meeting held on 24th July 2003, which, pursuant to the provisions set out in Article 82 of the Stock Market Law and the Fourth Additional Provision of Law 44/2002, of 22nd November, on the Financial System Reform Measures, aims to establish the standard policies and rules of conduct for employees of Tubos Reunidos, whose position gives them privileged access to information that may affect the performance of stock issued by the Company and listed on organised markets.
Said Regulation has been presented and deposited with the National Stock Market Commission (CNMV).
