PRODUCTOS Mill

We are manufacturers of Hot Finished Seamless Steel Pipes and Tubes in a size range covering from 190 mm up to 711 mm (7 ½ -28“) Outside Diameter and Wall Thickness up to 125 mm (5”), depending on the required Outside Diameters.

Manufacturing System

We are melting all of the carbon and alloy steel ingots that we use as raw material in our Own Steel Shop. For the stainless steel ingots we only use top quality European Approved Suppliers.

Wall Thickness (*) 6,35 mm - 125 mm. 1/4 " - 5"

Quality and Environment

Focused on that purpose we have developed and certified our Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 and API SPEC Q1 requirements, and we have defined our Quality Policy as an engine driving the continuous improvement of the said Management System.

Our Quality Management System has been also approved by the very demanding ASME NCA 3800 and therefore our pipes can be certified accordingly to be used in Nuclear Applications.

In addition PRODUCTOS is in possession of other certificates from the main internationally recognized classification organizations (Lloyd´s Register, TÜV, Germanischer Lloyd, Det Norske Veritas, Indian Boiler Regulations, GOST, etc.). To that end we have developed our Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001 requirements, and we have defined our Environmental Policy as a tool for driving continuous improvement in the reduction of our environmental impact.
