The Board of Directors, within the framework of the voluntarily initiated insolvency proceedings, has ceased to hold office by court order (pursuant to the Order dated 26 October 2026 issued by the Court of First Instance of Vitoria-Gasteiz, Court No. 7, which approved the opening of the liquidation phase of TUBOS REUNIDOS, S.A. (TRSA), the Group's parent company, and declared its dissolution). Consequently, the Audit Committee, a committee of the Board of Directors, has been dissolved.
