Research and development of digitized ECO-roads products.
The final objective of the ECO2D4.0 project is to research and develop digitalised eco-road products by using several of the main waste products from the Basque Country in the production of the different layers of road surface (aggregate, tarmac, soil cement and granular material). It also provides the market with tools for comprehensive design (road surface configurator), infrastructure control (monitoring ecosystem) and environmental communication (road LCA tool), thus guaranteeing its functionality and sustainability.
